A couple of years before, we had changed to a new agency management system and were still struggling with getting our people to use the system properly. Along with the new system we also had to update our standards and workflows. A task we could not tackle alone.

I asked the instructor if he knew of someone that he could recommend that knew our agency management system and could assist our agency. I had several discussions with Pat Alexander and what sold me was the fact that she was willing to spend time with our management team as well as our staff at our office. There are several experts in agency systems and standards and workflows but they work with you offsite. We needed someone who could immerse themselves with our people and understand what needed to be done.

Pat Alexander acted as facilitator, devil’s advocate, cheerleader and our conscience while working with Seitlin to develop and implement standards and workflows. Her knowledge about insurance agency operations, our agency management system and information management were also important in our choosing her for this project.

The improvement in our office has been great.
